Your scripts installed using Fantastico will not be affected and they will continue to work without any problems after the switch to Softaculous. Below you can see the steps we will take to perform the migration from Fantastico to Softaculous.

2. We will remove Fantastico from the server

Why are we doing this change?
Softaculous is easier to use, scripts updates happen in timely manner, security is much better and it has more scripts ready to be installed than Fantastico.

We are sending this message just to notify you about the changes we are going to do. Nothing is required to be done from your end.

.CO.UK One Year Registrations

We now offer .CO.UK Registrations & Renewals for between 1 & 10 years! We will be enabling one year Registrations on the 21st of May, 2012 at 12:30 UTC.

New .US Registry Compliance Features:

The .US Registry has introduced two new compliance policies that are identical to the ones that have been laid down by the .COM and .NET Registry. The following policies are already in place:

1. Policy for Deletions during Add Grace Period:

The .US Registry has laid down a policy that specifies the percentage of Add Grace Period Deletions that will be refunded in a certain month.

This percentage represents a large number of Domains in our case and you should not face any issue regarding this new policy. However, though unlikely, there might be a scenario where we will not able to offer you a refund for deletions carried out during the AGP.

2. WHOIS Data Reminder Policy:

As part of this policy change, the WHOIS Data Reminder Mail for .US Domains is now compulsory and will be sent to Registrants once every six months from the date of Registration.

This email will be identical to the WHOIS Data Reminder mails that are currently sent for .COM and .NET Domains.
